Having completed a Certificate in Advanced Studies from La Manufacture (Haute École des Arts de la Scène de la Suisse Romande) in Animation et Médiation Théâtrale (Theatre Outreach, Theatre Teaching and Education Through Theatre), I create dynamic educational, social and artistic projects in partnership with various associations.

Running theatre workshops_ Theatrical accompaniment around a shared artistic objective, often ending with a presentation.

Theatre of the Oppressed_ An approach to theatre which aims to actively change the world for the better, rather than just show representations of it on stage. Examples of this include "Invisble Theatre", "Image Theatre", and "Theatre Forum".

Consultations, bespoke workshops and masterclasses_ including in acting, dramaturgy, directing and writing.

Cultural Outreach_ Working with social institutions to create and run practical workshops to enable diverse people experiencing various forms of difficulty to overcome psychological, financial and social obstacles in the way of cultural participation, thus discovering exhibitions, museums, concerts, plays, films, and/or any other form of art and/or culture.

Other applications of theatre tools

Courses for teachers and social workers_ especially relating to use of theatrical activities for language teaching

Team-building activities_ especially for international organisations.

Human Rights and Peace Education_ Fun, dynamic and participatory activities designed to give participants of all ages the tools and understanding they need to defend their human rights and those of others.

About me

I grew up in London until leaving for my studies. After obtaining a master's degree from the Universities of Geneva and Nottingham, I took part in a CELTA course which qualified me to teach English. I quickly realised that, when learning a language, confidence and enjoyment are far more important than grammar and vocabulary. It was upon this realisation that I began to discover the tools that theatre has to offer.

Almost a decade later, I continue to discover new facets of this infinite art each and every day, to such an extent that theatre has now become the centre of my personal and professional life. After several experiences on stage as a producer, then an actor and finally as a writer and director, I now apply theatrical methodologies to the stage, to artistic creation, to Human Rights Education, to the teaching of diverse subjects, and to various socio-cultural projects.

I'm currently completing a CAS in Dramaturgy at the University of Lausanne and the Swiss Romande University of Performing Arts (La Manufacture).
